Noise-free hours: Clients must minimize noise from 22:00 to 08:00

When booking 3 or more rooms, special group conditions can apply. 50% of the payment will be taken when booking, 25% of the payment 15 days before and 25% of the payment 2 days before.
The applicable cancellation policy will be 15 days before arrival.

SCHEDULES:
Check-out: before 12pm. If check-out time (12:00pm) is not respected, the hotel may charge a €40 late check-out fee.

NO SMOKING:
Smoking any kind of tobacco, electronic cigarettes, vapes, or the use of any drugs is strictly
forbidden in rooms, hallways, elevators, and enclosed common areas.
If detected, the guest will be immediately expelled and the appropriate authorities will be
notified.
A €200 penalty will be charged for cleaning and sanitization.
Outdoor designated smoking areas are available.

NO PETS ALLOWED: Only certified assistance dogs are allowed.

NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINKS: Outside food or drinks are not allowed in shared hotel areas.
