Outside these hours, keys will only be handed over to guests who have completed the online check-in (otherwise, the reservation will be considered a no-show), and the full amount of the stay will be charged.
Please note that last-minute bookings may experience a delay of up to 2 hours for check-in (until 7:00 PM).
