Duplex Apartment (2 persons). This duplex apartment is located on the first and second floor of a typical Altea town house, right in front of the Hotel La Serena (across the street). It has a living area, a bedroom with a 6 m2 furnished terrace, air conditioning, TV in the living room and bedroom, safe, minibar, Nespresso coffee machine... The bathroom has a bathtub and shower, hairdryer, bathrobe, slippers , makeup mirror... This Tourist Apartment (number VT-488134-A) has the same services as the guests staying in the main building of the La Boutique Serena hotel (room cleaning service, towels, buffet breakfast, access to the pool, terrace andcommon areas of the hotel). The duplex features stairs and is not adapted for people with reduced mobility.
