Half-board or full-board does not include drinks. In the low season, depending on the services, the buffet can be replaced by a menu.

Half-board or full-board options can only be used on the day of departure upon request to the establishment. They cannot be modified during special events such as New Years Eve or Valentines Day without a supplement for the Gala.

To expedite the check-in process and ensure a worry-free stay, the hotel may charge the total amount 48 hours before your arrival date for stays of 3 nights or less. If you do not show up, only one night will be charged, and the price of two nights will be refunded. For non-refundable reservations, 100% of the stay will be charged, and it cannot be modified or cancelled without a full penalty.

Due to special gala events, dinner service will be unavailable in the hotel cafeteria on 24 and 31 December (every year) and 14 February 2026. Room service will be available until 18:00.

The Roof Top and Boga may be closed for private events. Access to the Roof Top may vary throughout the year and is subject to availability upon request.
